Built by Linc and NationalCORE in partnership with Los Angeles County, Metro, and the City of Inglewood, the residents of the 101 affordable units will also benefit from 6,300 square feet of new retail space — offering services and creating jobs for the entire neighborhood.
JAG’s Senior Designer, Tina Rizzuto, has been working on this project for over a year and is thrilled to see it come to fruition. She and her fellow team members designed the units and common areas — including lobbies, community rooms, service provider offices, conference room, wellness room, property management offices, after school space and police space.
Everyone at JAG is extremely proud of our contributions to such a worthwhile project. “Fairview Heights is a perfect example of Linc’s mission to strengthen neighborhoods by building homes for seniors, families and individuals who are underserved,” explains Tina. “Developers who provide this type of housing — affordable, environmentally sustainable, and a catalyst for community improvement — are crucial in addressing California’s homelessness crisis.”
Kudos to everyone involved!
