We recently attended the annual celebration for JAG client Innovative Housing Opportunities — a heart-warming tribute to their “45 Years of Building Possibilities.” Since 1976, IHO has been developing high quality and sustainable affordable housing communities — indistinguishable from market rate properties — where residents can thrive, develop healthy habits, and achieve success and stability.
JAG Interiors is deeply committed to working with visionary developers like IHO, who are dedicated to creating positive change for individuals and neighborhoods. We are currently in the design phase for The Aspire, which will be located at Third and Fairmount in Downtown Riverside. Scheduled to break ground in the fall, this inventive IHO project will help fulfill the needs of unhoused community college students, including young adults aging out of the foster care system.
