Indio began as an Indian village — a winter home for the Native American people who regularly migrated from the surrounding mountains in the winter to the San Andreas Fault zone in the Indio Hills. Now it’s a desirable location many families wish to call home. In the shadows of the Chocolate Mountains, the new community of Seville is a collection of single and two-story homes in the established community of Paradiso, ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms with 2,101 to 2,729 square feet.
Our mission: create interiors that evoke emotion and show the great indoor-outdoor livability of the homes. Take a look at more photos of Seville in our gallery!
We used the power of design to deliver great first impressions. Open floorplans with layouts that allow for easy access to large covered patios are merchandised for dining as well as casual lounging. Buyers can relate to the fresh color schemes and contemporary furniture that add character and excitement to the homes. Large modern kitchens and comfortable seating areas allow for families to gather together. Colorful art adds style and flair!
We believe it’s the little details that make big things happen. Located close to the festival grounds, we used vintage Coachella and Stage Coach posters and desert art to reflect local character and the amenities that Des Bunting, Marketing Manager for Monroe Living, desired to showcase. We merchandised the two models to reflect the active lifestyles of their buyers showcasing sports and leisure themes in the secondary rooms. We played up the benefits of the Paradiso community which has 12 acres of landscaped open space and walking paseos that enhances quiet and comfortable living in the community.
Selling out Phase 2 in a week, we are excited to announce the Grand Opening of the new models.
