West Gateway Place is in the West Sacramento Bridge District. The Bridge district is a green-certified, walkable, waterfront neighborhood with more jobs than residents, as well as a thriving area for both the arts and retail, and walking to distance to local schools, dining and shopping. The interiors were inspired by the District’s desire for a Modern Industrial design with accents in iron, warm woods and vibrant art. The community interiors were designed for several purposes — management, classroom/work-learning, media area and fun and games for all to enjoy.
